  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or basil) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large pot.
  2. Add the onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
  3. Add the ground turkey, cooking until browned.
  4. Stir in the bell pepper and zucchini; cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add the orzo, chicken broth, and diced tomatoes; bring to a boil.
