Delicious and healthier grilled turkey burgers packed with flavor and easily customizable.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and condiments for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Mix well and form into patties.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato, and your choice of condiments.

Notes

Make sure not to overmix the turkey mixture to keep your burgers tender. You can customize your burgers by adding herbs or spices.
