  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (if wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add the pork cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Thread the marinated pork onto skewers.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through.

Notes
