A delightful and easy dessert that enhances the natural sweetness of fresh peaches through grilling.

Ingredients

  • 4 Fresh peaches
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Optional toppings (ice cream, nuts)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits.
  3. Brush the cut sides of the peaches with olive oil.
  4. Place the peaches cut side down on the grill.
  5. Grill for about 4-5 minutes or until grill marks appear.
  6. Flip the peaches, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  7. Grill for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  8. Serve warm, optionally topped with ice cream and nuts.

Notes

Choose ripe, firm peaches for best results. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
