  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl.
  3. Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  4. Place wings on the grill and cook for about 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Remove the wings from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For maximum flavor, let the wings marinate for at least 30 minutes before grilling. They can also be baked at 425°F for 40-45 minutes if desired.
