A delightful salad featuring crispy grilled halloumi, fresh greens, and juicy cherry tomatoes, perfect for summer evenings.

Ingredients

  • Halloumi cheese
  • Mixed salad greens
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Cucumber
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Slice the halloumi cheese into thick slabs, about half an inch.
  3. Grill the halloumi slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Combine the mixed salad greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber in a large bowl.
