Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Lemon juice
  • Fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and slice it into thick steaks.
  3. Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until tender and grill marks appear.
  5. Remove from the grill, drizzle with lemon juice, and sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

Choose a firm cauliflower head for the best texture and cut steaks about 3/4-inch thick to prevent them from falling apart on the grill. Experiment with different seasonings for added flavor.
