Juicy grilled chicken marinated in a rich balsamic vinegar blend, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring each piece is generously coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove chicken from the marinade and place on the grill. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  5. Garnish the grilled chicken with fresh basil before serving.

Notes
