  • 4 chicken breasts
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Create the Marinade: In a bowl, mix the juice of 2 lemons, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 4 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, and add salt and pepper to taste to create a zesty marinade.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag, ensuring the chicken is well-coated, and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes, or preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat Your Cooking Space: Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Prepare for Cooking: Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on your grill or in a baking dish.
  5. Cook to Perfection: Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For the juiciest chicken, marinate overnight. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken is perfectly cooked.
