  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Add the diced chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
