A delightful no-bake dessert that combines mint and chocolate flavors in a creamy filling atop a graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/4 cup crème de menthe
  • 1/4 cup crème de cacao
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • Chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Beat the heavy cream and confectioners’ sugar until soft peaks form.
  2. Mix the crème de menthe, crème de cacao, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. If desired, add a few drops of green food coloring.
  3. Fold the mint-chocolate mixture into the whipped cream until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes until set.
  6. Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, you can use an Oreo crust. Keep the pie covered in the refrigerator to maintain freshness.
