A delightful and simple dessert that combines creamy butterscotch pudding with a crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for family gatherings.

  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups Butterscotch pudding (instant)
  • 2 cups Milk
  • ½ cup Butter (melted)
  • 1 cup Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Extra graham crackers for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the graham crackers in a plastic bag until fine crumbs form.
  2. Combine the crushed graham crackers with melted butter in a mixing bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish or individual dessert cups.
  4. Prepare the butterscotch pudding by whisking the pudding mix and milk in a separate bowl.
  5. Pour the butterscotch pudding over the prepared crust and smooth it out.
  6. Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. Garnish with whipped cream and crumbled graham crackers before serving.

Notes

Press the crust firmly to prevent crumbling and feel free to add a pinch of cinnamon for extra flavor.
