Delightfully tender gluten-free donut holes that transport you back to childhood memories of sweet indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk (or plant-based alternative)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter (or alternative)
  • Cinnamon sugar (for coating, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a donut hole pan.
  2. Combine the gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fill the donut hole pan about 2/3 full with the batter.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Roll the warm donut holes in cinnamon sugar if desired.
  8. Cool slightly before serving and enjoy!

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
