Soft and fluffy gluten free donut holes, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut hole pan.
  2. Mix together the gluten free flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Whisk together buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla in another bowl.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Spoon the batter into the prepared donut hole pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes, then remove from the pan and enjoy.

Notes

They can be dusted with powdered sugar, dipped in frosting, or rolled in cinnamon sugar.
