Delightful gluten-free donut holes that are fluffy, almond-kissed, and perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut hole pan with a light coat of cooking spray or oil.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten free all-purpose flour, almond flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients: In another bowl, mix the milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and eggs until well combined.
  4. Combine wet and dry mixtures: Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Fill the pan: Spoon the batter into the donut hole pan, filling each cavity about two-thirds full.
  6. Bake the donut holes: Pop the pan into your preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  7. Cool and enjoy: Allow the donut holes to cool slightly before removing them from the pan.
