Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (or coconut oil)
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut hole pan.
  2. Mix the gluten-free flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Combine the milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg in another bowl, whisking until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until just combined.
  5. Fill each donut hole cavity about 3/4 full with the batter.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden.
  7. Let them cool in the pan for a few minutes before removing to a wire rack.
