  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup melted chocolate
  • Festive sugar or spice for finishing

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed gingerbread cookies with cream cheese and the spices (ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg) until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  3. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Dip the chilled truffles in melted chocolate, coating them completely.
  5. Place the coated truffles back on the tray and sprinkle with festive sugar or additional spices.
