Festive Gingerbread Latte Mousse Domes that combine warm gingerbread flavors with rich coffee and creamy mousse, perfect for holiday celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup coffee, brewed and cooled
  • 3/4 cup gingerbread cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Chocolate glaze or shell for topping

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the coffee, sugar, and gelatin. Heat over low until the sugar and gelatin are dissolved.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually fold the coffee mixture into the whipped cream.
  4. Gently fold in the crushed gingerbread cookies and spices.
  5. Pour the mixture into dome-shaped molds and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes until set.
  6. Once set, carefully remove the domes from the molds.
  7. Top with chocolate glaze or shell.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy your festive dessert!
