  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the seasoned chicken thighs for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
  5. Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well to combine.
  7. Return the seared chicken thighs to the skillet and let simmer for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
