Ingredients

  • Pasta (penne or your choice)
  • Chicken breasts
  • Garlic, minced
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter over medium heat in a large skillet.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Cook the chicken breasts in the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper, until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta in the garlic butter in the same skillet, add the sliced chicken, and stir to combine.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
