A comforting and flavorful dish featuring tender beef strips cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce, tossed with pasta and topped with Parmesan and parsley.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or your choice)
  • 1 lb beef strips
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Toss in the beef strips and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta into the skillet with the beef and garlic butter sauce. Mix well to coat.
  6. Serve immediately, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

Leftovers can be kept in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet, adding a splash of water.
