A colorful dessert featuring a buttery cookie crust topped with creamy filling and assorted fresh fruits.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made sugar cookie dough or pizza crust
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup fruit glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the sugar cookie dough onto a pizza pan or pizza stone, spreading it evenly until you achieve a large, circular shape. Bake according to package instructions until golden brown. Allow your crust to cool completely;
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer or whisk to blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy;
  3. Carefully spread the cream cheese topping over the cooled cookie crust, ensuring every inch is covered. Arrange your assorted fresh fruits on top of the cream cheese layer;
  4. If desired, brush the fruit with fruit glaze for a glossy shine and extra sweetness;
  5. Use a sharp knife to slice into wedges and serve chilled.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Allow the cookie crust to cool completely before adding the cream cheese to prevent melting.
