A delicious and healthy frozen treat that is easy to make and customizable with your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until combined.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle your choice of fresh fruits, nuts, and chocolate chips on top.
  5. Freeze for about 180-240 minutes or until solid.
  6. Once frozen, break into pieces and serve.
