  1. Combine lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon zest in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
  2. Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar in another bowl until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the lemon mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust.
  5. Freeze for at least 240 minutes, or until set.
