Delicious and wholesome chocolate bites made with sunflower seeds and maple syrup, perfect for snacking or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 200g sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 60g dark chocolate
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C (350F).
  2. Mix sunflower seeds, salt, and maple syrup until evenly combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into discs on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Cool completely then dip or drizzle with melted dark chocolate.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container. They can be frozen for up to three months.
