Classic fluffy pancakes that bring warmth and comfort to any breakfast table, perfect with maple syrup and seasonal fruits.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the dry ingredients.
  2. Combine the wet ingredients.
  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
  4. Prepare the skillet by heating it over medium heat.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet.
  6. Flip the pancakes once bubbles form on the surface, cooking until golden brown.

Notes
