A delightful pork tenderloin marinated in a savory and sweet Asian sauce, perfect for family dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 12 tbsp Sriracha (to taste)
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and Sriracha in a bowl.
  3. Marinate the pork tenderloin in the marinade for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
  4. Rest the pork at room temperature for about 15 minutes after marinating.
  5. Sear the pork in a hot oven-safe skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Pour the reserved marinade over the pork.
  7. Roast the pork in the oven for 15-20 minutes until it reaches 145°F (63°C).
  8. Let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  9. Slice and serve with the sauce and garnishes.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate overnight. Can also be customized with other proteins or add citrus juice for a twist.
