Delicious and spicy Firecracker Meatballs, perfect for parties or family dinners, featuring a sweet and spicy glaze.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Mix together sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and soy sauce in a separate bowl.
  6. Brush or drizzle the sauce over the meatballs.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  8. Serve warm, drizzled with additional sauce if desired.

Notes

Store leftover meatballs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
