Delightful crispy croissant cups filled with whipped espresso cream and topped with melted chocolate.

  • 4 large croissants
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons espresso powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the croissants in half and gently press them into a muffin tin to form cups.
  3. Bake the croissant cups for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Combine heavy cream, espresso powder, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Whip until soft peaks form.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips with the milk until smooth.
  6. Fill each baked croissant cup generously with the espresso cream.
  7. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of each filled cup.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
