A delightful breakfast pizza built on toasted English muffins, topped with scrambled eggs, cheese, and a colorful medley of ingredients.

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Chopped bell peppers
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Cooked ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Cooked turkey, chopped
  • 1 Diced avocado
  • 1/2 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • Hot sauce, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice each English muffin in half and place them on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  3. Scramble the eggs in a bowl, seasoning them with salt and pepper, and cook in a non-stick skillet until just set.
  4. Layer the muffins with scrambled eggs, followed by shredded mozzarella, bell peppers, spinach, tomatoes, and mushrooms.
  5. Add cooked bacon, sausage, ground beef, or turkey on top.
  6. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  7. Cool for a minute then drizzle with hot sauce and sprinkle fresh herbs.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
