A creamy, no-bake cheesecake featuring a delightful Oreo cookie crust and topped with whipped cream and more Oreos.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Additional Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a crust.
  2. Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until combined.
  3. Whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until incorporated.
  5. Add crushed Oreo cookies into the creamy mixture for extra delight.
  6. Spread the cheesecake filling over the crust, smoothing the top.
  7. Chill for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Garnish with whipped cream and additional Oreo cookies before serving.

Notes

Make sure cream cheese is softened for easier mixing. Customize toppings to your preference.
