A quick and delicious one-pan meal featuring juicy kielbasa sausage and colorful mixed vegetables in a sweet honey garlic glaze.

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the skillet: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Sauté the kielbasa: Add sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the vegetables: Toss in mixed vegetables and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Whisk the honey garlic sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  5. Combine everything: Pour the honey garlic mixture over the kielbasa and vegetables.
