Indulge in a rich and creamy no-bake chocolate cheesecake that combines a crispy Oreo crust with a luscious chocolate cream cheese filling.

Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
  • 5 tbsp melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 8 oz melted semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 1/4 cups cold heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine Oreo crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until the crumbs are well coated. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add cocoa powder and melted chocolate, mixing until fully combined.
  3. Whip the cold heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture carefully, keeping the airy texture.
  5. Pour the filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
  6. Whip the remaining heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract before serving.
  7. Release the cheesecake from the pan, slice, and serve to your friends and family.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze individual slices for up to three months.
