  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups cooked rice or pasta (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Mix everything until well combined.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased casserole dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbling at the edges.
  6. Take it out of the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Pairs well with a fresh salad or roasted vegetables. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days.
