  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter and whisk in the brown sugar until well combined.
  3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until creamy and smooth.
  4. Mix in the flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
