A delightful and colorful pie with a creamy filling that brightens any dessert table. Perfect for Easter celebrations!

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • Food coloring (pastel colors)
  • 1 cup whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Divide the mixture into bowls and add different pastel food colorings.
  5. Layer the colored mixtures in the pie crust, swirling lightly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the filling is set.
  7. Cool on a wire rack and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  8. Top each slice with whipped cream before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Can be made a day ahead and frozen for up to a month.
