A delightful and colorful dessert made with mini marshmallows, fresh fruit, and whipped cream, perfect for Easter celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of diced fresh fruit (such as pineapple, strawberries, and grapes)
  • 1 cup of whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 1 tablespoon of citrus juice (like orange or lemon)
  • Optional: shredded coconut, chopped nuts, or mini chocolate chips for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mini marshmallows, diced fresh fruit, and citrus juice.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped cream until all ingredients are well blended.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
