Delightful Easter Banana Pudding Cups combine creamy banana pudding, fresh banana slices, and crunchy vanilla wafers, perfect for spring celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 box instant banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 package vanilla wafers or cookies
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • Easter-themed decorations (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the banana pudding mix and milk in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream gently until combined.
  3. Layer the vanilla wafers at the bottom of clear cups.
  4. Add sliced bananas over the vanilla wafers.
  5. Alternate layers of vanilla wafers, bananas, and pudding mixture until cups are filled.
  6. Garnish with additional whipped cream and Easter decorations, then chill for at least 1 hour.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For gluten-free, use gluten-free vanilla wafers.
