  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Mixing Bowl: In a mixing bowl, combine puffed quinoa, dark chocolate chips, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, chopped nuts, seeds, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Get Mixing!: Mix until well combined. You want everything to be suitably sticky and coated in that luxurious chocolate goodness.
  3. Form the Bites: Use your hands to form the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
  4. Arrange on a Baking Sheet: Place the bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet, giving them a little space to breathe.
