Easy slow-cooked chicken tacos for busy days, fully customizable with your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 8 taco shells
  • Toppings (shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, avocado)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the chicken.
  3. Pour the salsa on top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or high for 240 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks in the crockpot.
  6. Serve the shredded chicken in taco shells with desired toppings.
