These Crispy Chicken Tenders are a crunchy, golden delight featuring a seasoned breadcrumb coating for added flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Mix the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
  3. Set up your breading station with bowls for flour, beaten eggs, and the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Dredge each chicken strip in flour, then dip it in the eggs, and finally coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Fry the coated chicken tenders in hot oil until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes
