Instructions

  1. Whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and sugar until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  3. Pour a ladle of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom evenly.
  4. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges lift and turn golden brown, then flip.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the skillet as needed.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite fillings.

Notes

Crepes can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
