A creamy, zesty chicken dish made with pepperoncini peppers, perfect for a quick and comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and pepperoncini peppers.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with rice or mashed potatoes to soak up the sauce. Leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days.
