Delicious mini cheesecakes combining rich peanut butter and creamy cheesecake, perfectly portioned for indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  3. Mix the peanut butter with half of the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
  4. Assemble by layering the peanut butter mixture and remaining cream cheese mixture in serving cups.
  5. Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle the crumb mixture on top of each cup.
  7. Chill the cups in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Add the graham cracker topping fresh before serving.
