A delightful dish featuring crispy, cheesy chicken breasts smothered in a rich garlic cream sauce, perfect for a weekend dinner or entertaining guests.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
  3. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper, then coat with the cheese and breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the crusted chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Add the minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  7. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer until thickened, adjusting seasoning as needed.
  8. Serve the chicken topped with the creamy garlic sauce and fresh parsley.

Notes

For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs. You can also add herbs like thyme or oregano to the breadcrumb mixture for extra flavor.
