A comforting casserole that combines creamy French onion dip, broccoli, and cheddar cheese for a delicious family favorite.

  • 1 cup French onion dip
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the French onion dip, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in the broccoli florets and 1.5 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top and add breadcrumbs if desired.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Let the casserole cool slightly before serving.
