A simple yet delightful dairy-free Coconut Milk Frosting that transforms any dessert with its creamy, tropical flavor.

  • 1 can of full-fat coconut milk (chilled)
  • 23 tablespoons of powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Optional: coconut flakes for decoration

Instructions

  1. Chill the coconut milk by placing a can in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Open the chilled can of coconut milk and scoop out the solidified cream into a mixing bowl.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the coconut cream, starting with 2 tablespoons of sugar.
  4. Whip the mixture on medium-high speed until light and fluffy.
  5. Use immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for later use.
  6. Sprinkle coconut flakes on top before serving for decoration.

Notes
