  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the chicken in olive oil over medium heat, until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Infuse garlic flavor by adding minced garlic to the skillet and sautéing for 1 minute.
  4. Simmer the heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing mixture to a gentle simmer.
  5. Melt in the Parmesan cheese until it’s beautifully melted and the sauce turns creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, tossing to coat.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat, adding a splash of chicken broth or cream.
