A hearty and creamy casserole that blends crunchy hashbrowns with rich creaminess, perfect for casual dinners and festive gatherings.

  • 1 (30 oz) bag Frozen Hashbrowns
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Combine the frozen hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese (reserve some for topping), diced onions, and melted butter in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
  4. Pour the hashbrown mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Top with the remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
