  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Add onion and garlic, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until softened.
